To be eligible for an exchange:

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item by paying the price difference (if applicable).

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.
